Are you authenticating using PKI, username/password, and is MFA enabled?.Do you know what version of PAN-OS is running on the on the Palo Alto Networks NGFW and what version of GlobalProtect is installed in the gateway?.Have you checked the compatibility of you version GlobalProtect and OSX version?.
